Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon's - Holy Grail Pencil Eyeliner

I have never been a huge fan of eyeliner pencils. I think that they can be hard to apply, and smudge easily. And to be honest, for some reason, I have never liked how they can make my eye shape look (love me a cat eye). However, liquid liners are not always the most practical. Especially when you are in a rush, or need something that is really gonna last all day.

I was browsing Sephora a while ago, right around the time the Marc Jacob's makeup line was released, and stumbled upon the display. Naturally, I had to swatch everything I could get my hands on. I was immediately impressed by the way that the Highliner Gel Eye Crayons swatched, and applied. I ended up purchasing Jazz(Berry), and it became one of my holy grail products immediately. So much so, that I have purchased 2 other shades, and plan to get many more.

The liners apply really smoothly. Maybe it has to do with them being a gel consistency. They are fully pigmented in one swipe, and I don't find myself having to do more than one swipe to get the look I want.

Once these suckers set, they are not going anywhere. I swatched them last night for the pictures, and they are still holding up strong on the back of my hand....even after sleep, and countless hand washings.

They are sold at Sephora for $25.00, and I think they are completely worth it. They have become my go-to product for when I am in a rush, but still want to look put together. I swipe it on, add some mascara, and am out the door with a look that will last all day.
