Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette - Quick Review

I jumped on the Hourglass bandwagon as soon as they first released their Ambient Lighting Powders. I purchased Dim Light, because I thought it would work the best for me as a all over setting powder. I was a little ticked when they released the Palette a little while later, because Radiant Light was my runner up. Weeeeell, it seems that I accidentally purchased the Ambient Lighting Palette on my last Sephora trip.

The palette contains 3 different shades:  Dim Light (permanent), Radiant Light (permanent) and Incandescent Light (exclusive to this palette).

Dim Light - This is the one I already owned. It is a peachy, beige shade, and I use it as an all-over setting powder. It gives a really nice glow to the skin.

Radiant Light - This is a bronzey shade, that is not as dark as a typical bronzer, but gives a really nice, natural glow to the skin. I use it on the high points of my face, where the sun would naturally hit. I really like it for a natural look.

Incandescent Light - This is a really pretty highlight shade. It is a more neutral highlight shade, and is very subtle. I think is the perfect natural highlight, and gives a really nice glow to the skin, without being sparkly or shimmery.

At $58.00, this may seem like a really expensive palette. But for me, it houses 3 essentials in one small palette, and it is such great quality, that I don't mind.
