Buy or BYE! -- Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

I feel like I am always on the hunt for a perfect liquid eyeliner. I wear a baby wing pretty much everyday, so it is important for me to find one that stays on, doesn't smudge, and is highly pigmented. My holy grail is the Physician's Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Serum in Black. For me, it is the easiest thing in the world to apply, stays on all day, and is intensely black. So I use it to compare all other eyeliners.

I decided to try out the Stila liquid eyeliner because of it's waterproof claim. I figured that if it could outlast water, then it could outlast me rubbing my eyes throughout the day (I am a new contact wearer, and I find myself rubbing my eyes when they feel dry....horrible habit I know). Here are my thoughts:

Freshly applied

After some rubbing

PigmentationA-   I think this is a very very black liquid liner, and is really pigmented
Staying Power: C-   Okay this is where I run into issues. As I mentioned, I rub my eyes throughout the day. I'm trying to break the habit, but it's a work in progress. I notice that with this liner, it wears off at my outer wing, and towards the inner corner of my eyes (see 2nd picture). By the end of the day, it just looks raggedy. What is left is still really pigmented, but there's not a lot of it. I don't have this issue with my Physician's Formula liner, so I'm not sure what the deal is here.
Waterproofness (dear lord...):  B+    What is left at the end of the day is really tough to get off with just washing my face. So I would say this is pretty waterproof. I will need to wear it swimming to see if it really lasts.
Application: A-    This is really easy to apply. It doesn't skip, and you can get a really precise line with the felt tip. It isn't too big, so I am able to make a cat eye really easily.
OVERALLB-    It still doesn't beat my PF liner, but I think that if I can get myself to quit touching my eyes, that it will last longer. We shall see......
